Ghanaian music star Black Sherif has reacted to iShowSpeed’s recent claim that Nigerian jollof tastes better than Ghanaian jollof, and he is not having it.
Following Speed’s viral tasting moment, which reignited the never-ending jollof rivalry between Ghana and Nigeria, Black Sherif shared his blunt take on the matter.
“I’ve tasted Nigerian jollof and I’ve tasted Ghana jollof. If Speed truly chose Nigerian jollof, then whoever served him should be arrested. They completely disgraced us,” the award-winning artist said.
His comment has since fueled fresh conversations around the quality of the jollof served during Speed’s visit, with many insisting that Ghanaian jollof should never lose on its home turf.
