The record-breaking feat was announced by renowned tour-tracking platform Touring Data, which revealed that the tour pulled in an impressive $30.5 million from 302,801 tickets sold across 22 shows in Europe and North America. The achievement places Burna Boy at the very top of African live music earners and underscores the global reach of Afrobeats.
According to Touring Data, the tour now stands as the most commercially successful by any Afrobeats artist to date, a milestone that further solidifies Burna Boy’s status as one of Africa’s most influential musical exports.
Beyond the overall tour success, Burna Boy also set a new individual concert record. His historic performance at London Stadium on June 29, 2024, grossed $6.147 million from 58,973 tickets sold, making it the highest-grossing single concert by an African artiste in history.
A closer look at the numbers shows a balanced global appeal. North America contributed $15.19 million from 152,378 tickets across 16 shows, while Europe generated $15.27 million from 150,423 tickets sold across six shows. The near-equal split highlights Burna Boy’s strong fan base on both continents.
