During occasions like Christmas, Accra is always choked with huge traffic in some major areas, this has lead to several complains and finally the leaders have heard the plead of the people.
The ministry in charge of transport have allocated extra buses to work in certain areas like Accra–Madina–Adenta, Accra–Achimota–Amasaman, Accra–Mallam–Kasoa, and Accra–Tema Beach Road to each receive minimum of 8 buses between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to ease transportation.
We believe this will ease traffic in town during the festive season, and also prevent robbery of phone theft and the rest.
This is the essence of criticism. It helps to put leaders on their toes. Whether you belong to a party or not, the welfare of the people must come first!
