Riq Garna, Ghana’s vibrant underrated Afrobeat Artist, is set to release a Christmas jam for fans titled “Sun”. The Title explains it self as someone who will continue to rise no matter how much hatters draw him back.
Riq Garna is the next Artist to take Africa to the world, with his amazing song writing talent and composition. After the release of “Sun” Riq Garna has been on the lips of Ghanaians and have been marked as the best artist to take over from Black Sherif who is the current mantle holder.
The young and old love Riq Garna because of his versatility and style, the call him pure talent. Even though Riq Garna is currently not sign to any label, he is doing very with the quality song production.
We can wait to see Riq Garna climb the global stage to take over, as his fan base is gradually growing and expanding to the rest of Africa.
In an interview, he expressed his wish for his fans to remain vigilant during this festive season, avoiding the trap of haters.
RIq Garna also said he has more bangers coming in 2026 after the release of “Sun”, so he needs fans alive.
In the intro he says, “Tell the enemy to hold down.” He also went ahead to say, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” which is a positive sign for 2026, advising the youth to work hard and rise by believing in what they do.
