So, the Ghana Police Service just pulled off something you’d probably only expect to see in a movie. A 12-year-old boy was caught driving a massive articulated truck right on the highway! Yes, you heard that right—a child behind the wheel of a heavy-duty DAF XF truck. It all started when a video went viral online showing the minor confidently steering the huge vehicle. Naturally, people panicked, and the authorities had to step in quickly.

The police tracked them down and arrested the young boy along with a 34-year-old man, who is suspected to be the actual driver of the truck. How on earth did a 12-year-old get access to the driver’s seat of such a dangerous machine? Well, that is exactly what the police are trying to figure out right now. It is a serious situation because these trucks are massive and hard to control, even for experienced adults. Allowing a child to drive one puts everyone on the road at serious risk.
In Ghana, road safety is a big deal, and the police don’t take things like this lightly. While it might sound a bit wild or even funny at first thought, the reality is that a mistake by that kid could have caused a massive accident. The 34-year-old man is definitely going to have some tough questions to answer about why he allowed this to happen. The police are continuing their investigations, and we expect to hear more about the charges soon.
