The state financial strategy addresses both immediate tournament logistics and previous performance-based contract obligations. A primary release of 58,929,500.00 Cedis, which serves as the direct local currency equivalent of five million US dollars, was disbursed as an advance payment. The remaining 17,537,419.20 Cedis, equivalent to 1.488 million US dollars, settles outstanding qualification bonuses owed to the playing roster and technical staff. This milestone payment fulfills a structured performance agreement where the team received half of their match bonuses during the qualifiers, with the remaining half guaranteed upon successfully booking a World Cup ticket.
