Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has declared open war on the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking directly to his congregation during a church service on Sunday, August 9, 2026, the outspoken preacher warned that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will never win presidential power while he remains alive.
The controversial religious leader framed his fierce opposition in spiritual terms, declaring that he would take active steps to ensure the complete political collapse of the NPP ahead of the 2028 general elections.
Addressing his church members, Owusu Bempah stated that he cannot stand by and watch Dr Bawumia lead the country, claiming such an outcome would harm Christian fellowship across the nation.
