See what they’re teaching kids at school in Uganda. This is amazing, to see such young kids develop such skill at their young stage.
It’s not only the usual English, Maths, Science we all know. These children are learn real real life skills. Things that if tomorrow hard time come, they wont just have to sit down and cry. They can do something with their hands. Farming small, fixing things, creating stuff, practical work is always the best of in addition to maths, English and Science.

Let’s be honest: many adults today, if you ask them what practical skills they have, may struggle to give an answer. It is not because they are lazy or unwilling to work, but because no one guided them early enough. School often focused only on passing exams, and after that, people were left to face life without real preparation.
If we had gone through a system like this, some of us would have discovered long ago that we were good with carpentry, machinery, farming, or creative design. Instead, we memorized notes, reproduced them in the exam hall, and forgot everything soon after.

What Uganda is doing makes far more sense than empty theory. They are preparing children for real life, not just for certificates. A certificate alone cannot help when hardship sets in.
Parents should pay close attention to this. Education is not only about speaking big English or wearing suits. Children should be encouraged to learn practical skills early, skills that can provide a livelihood in the future.
A talent discovered early has time to grow, and a skill you truly possess is something no one can take away from you.
