Management at Adamus Resources Limited has strongly rejected claims made by Lands and Natural Resources Minister Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah regarding their revoked mining leases. The mining firm described the state action as totally unlawful and warned that management will fight back through all available legal means.
Company leaders expressed deep shock after learning that state authorities cancelled their operating rights. In an official statement released to the public, executives stated that government officials ignored proper statutory procedures laid down in the Minerals and Mining Act of 2006.
Adamus officials labeled the allegations leveled against them as completely manufactured and baseless. They claimed that powerful state actors are trying to strongarm the business and wrongfully strip them of legitimate mineral concessions.
The company vowed to expose the flaws behind the revocation process and assure citizens that justice will prevail in court. Legal representatives are currently compiling documents to challenge the ministerial decision and protect their heavy investments in the region.
