Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has charged newly elected Greater Accra regional executives of the New Patriotic Party to close their ranks completely. Speaking to party leadership, he stressed that internal divisions destroy political fortunes faster than any opposition force can manage. He noted that staying together remains the only reliable master key to recapturing power come the year 2028.
Elections are never won by fragmented houses where everyone pulls in a different direction. Party members must drop individual grievances and put the collective interest of the elephant family ahead of personal ambitions. When grassroots supporters see leaders romancing peace and working hand in hand enthusiasm naturally returns to polling stations across every constituency.
Winning future political battles requires deliberate hard work rather than mere wishful thinking or complacency. Dr Bawumia reminded executives that political loyalty grows when leadership listens to concerns on the ground and solves grassroots problems swiftly. Building a formidable front now makes victory achievable when Ghanaians finally head back to ballot boxes.
