Even with that cool support, the minister made it clear that the initial money cannot finish the entire project.
Building and fully equipping a modern tertiary institution requires a heavy financial chest that crosses one hundred million dollars.
The current grant handles the ground phase nicely, but state-of-the-art laboratories and lecture halls demand deeper pockets.
Ambassador Cong Song praised the local leadership for pushing a strong education agenda to bridge regional development gaps.
This planned center of excellence aims to train young people in robotics, artificial intelligence, and digital sciences.
Both governments are reviewing further options to seal the funding gap so students in the northern sector can access top tier learning.
Stakeholders remain hopeful that international partnerships will turn this grand vision into a physical reality very soon.
