The Football Association (FA) has issued a statement following the Independent Commission’s decision involving Manchester City.
The FA described the decision as significant, saying it could have major implications for the integrity of football.
The association said it is carefully reviewing the decision and its possible effects. It added that it will take action where necessary.
However, with proceedings between the Premier League and Manchester City still ongoing, the FA has declined to comment further at this stage.
The association also assured the public that it will continue to monitor developments closely as the case progresses.
