Organizers made this massive announcement on August 5 and fans are already going wild on social media. Kwesi Arthur himself reacted on X with volcano emojis to show he is bringing pure fire. We all know he never disappoints when he grabs the microphone.
He joins a very solid international lineup for this year. The cypher features big names like Tenor from Cameroon and Suspect 95 from Cote dIvoire. Fans will also see Yanga Chief from South Africa plus Enny from the United Kingdom and Fena Gitu from Kenya.
Nigerian hitmaker Sarz will handle all the music production for this project. Having Sarz on the beat means we are guaranteed some serious continental flavor. The cypher will smoothly combine different African languages and unique rap styles.
Kwesi Arthur is famous for effortlessly switching between English Twi and Pidgin. This unique skill makes him the perfect choice to carry the Ghanaian flag this time around. He steps into the shoes of rap giants like Sarkodie Manifest and Joey B who represented us beautifully in previous years.
This cypher is easily one of the biggest hip hop platforms in Africa today. It celebrates pure lyrical talent and authentic urban culture across the continent. We just cannot wait to watch Kwesi Arthur drop his heavy bars and make the motherland proud once again.
