Ghanaian actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin has explained why he sometimes prefers working with Nigerian actors for his film projects.
According to LilWin, Nigerian actors tend to take their work seriously and show strong commitment to film productions.
He said some Nigerian actors can receive a script, read it, agree to the terms and sign a contract on the same day.
LilWin compared this to his experience with some Ghanaian actors. He said getting some actors to respond to calls for casting can sometimes be difficult.
His comments have sparked discussions about professionalism and commitment in the Ghanaian and Nigerian movie industries.
The actor’s remarks have also renewed conversations about how actors can improve communication, punctuality and commitment when working on film projects.
However, his comments were directed at his experiences with some actors and should not be taken as a reflection of every Ghanaian or Nigerian actor.
