Shareholders of SIC Insurance PLC recently met in Accra for their nineteenth Annual General Meeting with broad smiles on their faces. Management officially announced a total dividend payout of twenty million Ghana cedis for the 2025 financial year.This remarkable figure doubles the previous year’s allocation and brings great excitement to investors across the local market.

The company posted stellar financial results showing massive growth across major operational metrics. Total insurance revenue climbed to nearly six hundred million cedis while profit after tax surged by over fifty seven percent to reach eighty four million cedis.Board Chairman Bernard Ahiafor attributed this stellar performance to sustained customer trust and smart product diversification.

Investors holding ordinary shares will receive ten point twenty-two pesewas per share when payments roll out on October twelfth 2026. Managing Director James Agyenim-Boateng emphasized that management will continue expanding digital channels to reach underserved markets. Such solid fiscal discipline proves that corporate resilience pays off handsomely for smart investors in Ghana.
