Renowned Ghanaian broadcaster Serwaa Amihere recently put dancehall icon Shatta Wale on the spot during a lively studio interview on GHOne TV. The sharp journalist questioned why the musician prefers scattering cash into massive crowds instead of channeling support through organized structures. She pointed out that scrambling for flying banknotes often leaves vulnerable fans bruised or humiliated on the streets.

Shatta Wale defended his actions by explaining that throwing money serves as an effective security distraction when large mobs block his movement. He insisted that the gesture comes from a genuine desire to share his blessings rather than an urge to show off wealth. However, the controversial artist acknowledged public concerns and stated he would gladly halt the practice moving forward.
