Dancehall heavyweight Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, recently sparked heavy social media drama. He openly declared that he does not care if his loyal fans attack Stonebwoy and his wife. The controversial statement came after years of fierce rivalry and endless clashes between their respective fan bases in the music industry.
Shatta Wale argued that Stonebwoy supporters frequently drag his own family and wife into unnecessary online insults. He maintained that retaliation is only fair because peace cannot be one-sided when constant cyberbullying occurs. This fiery stance once again exposes the deep-seated tension threatening unity within the Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall fraternity.
Industry watchers often shake their heads because this endless fan rivalry distracts from genuine musical growth. Stakeholders continue to urge artists to preach love and peace to their followers instead of fueling toxic fan wars.
