Chantel has officially filed a formal application seeking full custody of their young daughter Najat. Meanwhile, the legal team representing Humble Soul has also submitted its own counter application to protect his parental rights.
Both sides presented their arguments before the court while supporters waited anxiously outside the premises for updates. Lawyers representing the entertainer confirmed that additional legal documents will be reviewed before the next hearing. The presiding judge subsequently adjourned the much-discussed child custody case to November 13, 2026.
