Our diplomatic community just grew bigger with the arrival of five new international representatives ready for action. H.E. Shehu Ilu Barde steps in as the Nigerian High Commissioner Designate to Ghana. Alongside him comes H.E. Surinder Bhagat who takes up duties as the Indian High Commissioner Designate.
More key players have also touched down to cement bilateral bonds across different sectors. H.E. Fouad Khazzaka arrives as the Lebanese Ambassador Designate ready to foster closer ties. We also welcomed H.E. Keara Shaw serving as the Australian High Commissioner Designate.
International organization representation also received a solid boost with another vital appointment on the table. H.E. Emmanuel Kalenzi assumes office as the UNIDO Resident Representative to Ghana. These experienced diplomats bring enormous expertise to support our national development goals.
These new envoys will collaborate closely with the Ghanaian government to promote growth in key areas. Their core mission focuses heavily on boosting trade, expanding investments, and strengthening people to people relations. Working hand in hand with these global allies ensures a brighter and more prosperous future for everyone.
