President John Dramani Mahama has dissolved the governing boards of nine state institutions over what the government describes as “conduct deemed inappropriate.”

Government Communications Minister Felix Kwakye Ofosu disclosed this during an interview on JoyNews’ PM Express.

According to the Minister, the decision affects nine governing boards, including some major state institutions responsible for Ghana’s economy, public services and national development.
