The political temperature in Accra is rising very fast right now. The recent protest organized by the New Patriotic Party brought massive drama to the capital city. Presidential Staffer Nana Yaa Jantuah has fired serious shots at the opposition leaders. She delivered some hot words that have got everyone talking today.
It all started when the opposition party marched to present their petition against selective justice. The Minority Leader apparently referred to her as a nobody during the massive demonstration. Nana Yaa Jantuah did not take this comment lightly at all. She boldly reminded everyone that she holds a senior position in the current government.
She assured the angry demonstrators that their petition would definitely reach the President directly. But Nana Yaa Jantuah did not stop there with her statements. She took the opportunity to address the disrespect shown to her by specific politicians. She specifically mentioned Afenyo Markin and called him a small boy in her eyes.
Nana Yaa Jantuah strongly warned him never to disrespect her again in public. She also threw a funny jab at Justin by saying she knew him when he wore diapers. This hilarious response has generated massive reactions across various social media platforms in Ghana. Many citizens find her bold confidence very refreshing and entertaining.
The ruling party quickly jumped in to support her strong public posture. Rashid Tanko Computer serves as the Deputy Director of IT and Elections for the National Democratic Congress. He stated clearly that the opposition members were actually very lucky she was present to receive their document. He believes her presence added weight to the entire petition process.
Politics in Ghana always gives us something interesting to discuss every week. We expect more responses from the opposition camp in the coming days. Until then Nana Yaa Jantuah stands tall and remains unbothered by the heavy political noise.
