The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Manhyia South Constituency, Lawyer Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, has appealed to Ghanaians, especially Manhyia South electorates, to vote massively for him as their Member of Parliament.
He also urged them to vote for Dr Mahammud Bawumia as President of the republic in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
According to him, the former President and flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama, has nothing new for the future of the country and for that matter Ghana cannot afford to replace NPP with him.
The Parliamentary Candidate made the call on a familiarization visit to traders as part of his door-to-door campaign.
He distributed a number of party’s T-shirts and Aprons to the electorates at CPC electoral area. So far, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate has visited four out of the six electoral areas in the constituency.
He has received rousing welcome in the electoral areas he has visited so far.
The MP aspirant explained that the governing NPP under President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia could boast of Free Senior High School policy and Digitalization and for that matter Mahama is expected to bring new ideas and policies after eight years in opposition, yet he is promising 24-hour economy to run night clubs to destroy the youth of the country.
He stressed that Mahama is presenting nothing new, hence voting for him is a waste and causing economic mess to the country.
He emphasized that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh are determined and ready to work, adding that “bringing Mahama back means bringing back Dumsor and economic mess”.
