Following Lady Prempeh’s claim of being snubbed and not allowed to perform at the recently held Esther Smith concert, a member of Smith’s management team has addressed the issue.
Speaking in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net, Roro Buddy, a Ghanaian music producer and a member of Esther Smith’s team has rebutted what Lady Prempeh said.
After the event, Lady Prempeh expressed her dissatisfaction in a video which went viral online.
On the back of her statement, Roro denied the claim that the popular Gospel singer was snubbed.
According to him, Lady Prempeh was about three hours late, meanwhile, every artiste was given a time at which they would be performing.
Roro stated that nothing was communicated to them when Prempeh did not show up on time.
He asserted that Esther Smith was on stage when Lady Prempeh came—and that was the last performance of the event since they planned to close early.
Roro Buddy averred Lady Prempeh came out with a video to seek attention because she has an upcoming project.
He added that Dave Joy, the manager of Lady Prempeh, wanted them to respond on the radio so that they would get the needed attention but they declined.
