A sad incident occurred on the busy Kasoa Winneba Road leaving one person dead and several others injured. Joy News and other trusted local media reported the accident which caused massive traffic gridlock on the stretch. Drivers plying this route must always exercise caution because reckless speeding continues to claim innocent lives.
Emergency services rushed to the scene immediately to convey victims to nearby hospitals for urgent medical attention. Traffic management personnel worked tirelessly to clear the wreckage and restore normal movement for commuters on the Kasoa Highway. Speed limits exist for a reason and ignoring them brings avoidable sorrow to families across the country.
Road safety authorities have repeatedly urged motorists to avoid dangerous overtaking on the Kasoa Winneba Highway. Passengers also have every right to speak up when a driver is putting lives at risk behind the wheel.
