The New Patriotic Party flagbearer joined the bereaved family to express deep sorrow over the loss of the veteran politician. Accompanied by the Minority Leader and senior national executives, Dr Bawumia noted that the late chairman left a solid mark on Ghana’s political landscape. Such high level visits show true solidarity because politics is ultimately about standing together during difficult times.
The solemn gathering reminded everyone of the immense sacrifices made by founding fathers to shape our current democratic dispensation. Party faithful and sympathizers converged at the family house to share in the grief and offer comforting words. It is always painful when an elder passes on, but his good works speak volumes for him today.
Dr Bawumia urged the grieving family to take heart and find total strength in the Almighty during this dark period. He praised the departed statesman for guiding the party through critical historical moments with unmatched grace and steady wisdom.
